Screening copy
For the screening of your film, we need a DCP with English and/or German subtitles as well as a ProRes file as a backup or for our online platform. Each online file will be provided with a semi-transparent festival logo as a watermark in the upper right corner to provide an additional security feature on the already secure cinema-on-demand platform.
If you don't have a DCP yet, or if you'd rather leave the mastering to us, we'll be happy to do it. In this case, all we need is the ProRes file to enable both cinema and online screenings.

Viewing link
For editorial purposes, we need a viewing link of the film through which the final version can be viewed. The link must be valid until the end of the festival. Please send us the link including password if needed by email to:

Greeting & Q&A
In addition to moderation with an audience on site, we offer the opportunity to provide supplementary content for the online community or in the event that the filmmaker cannot or does not want to be present in person.
Pre-recorded video contributions have proven themselves in recent years. This includes a short Q&A video, based on the questionnaire (see PDF), as well as a short greeting before the film (30 seconds to 1 minute). An example of the greeting could be: "Hello, I'm [name] and I made the following film. Have fun watching!". However, these posts are optional and not a must, but can be a beautiful and creative addition to the online experience.
