Showcase BÖLLER UND BROT in Munich

The "coolest directing duo in Germany" (Neues Maxim) Sigrun Köhler and Wiltrud Baier are coming to Munich. Since 2000, the two have been consistently inconsistent and on the road as a directing team, a group of artists and as the production company Böller und Brot. Their main focus is the artistic documentary film. In 2002 HoF was the kick-off for the two.

Thus, the Köhler-Baier showcase at the New Maxim cinema, within framework of the program of the 70th Film Art Week Munich, is entirely dedicated to the Hof International Film Festival. On Saturday, 6 August 2022 at 7 pm WHERE'S THE BEER AND WHEN DO WE GET PAID? (Hof International Film Festival 2012) and at 9 pm BÖLLER UND BROT KURZFILME will be presented. We’ll have brunch on Sunday, 7 August 2022 at 11 am with WHO'S AFRAID OF SIBYLLE BERG? (IHF 2015) and at 6:30 pm SCHOTTER WIE HEU (Hof International Film Festival 2002) will round off the weekend.

The filmmakers Sigrun Köhler and Wiltrud Baier, moderated by the artistic director of the Hof International Film Festival, Thorsten Schaumann, will lead audience discussions at each screening.
