Esma has been working in the German nursing sector for many years. As a mobile nurse, she visits her patients at home — always on the go to the next appointment. Although her ideas of good work regularly collide with the strict time constraints of the nursing service, the native Bosnian has adjusted to the system in her second home and found a way to make ends meet as a single mum. On her daughter's birthday, Esma wants to do everything she can to be home in time for the end of her shift. But when her discovery of a deceased patient upsets the strict schedule of her day, she is faced with a difficult decision.
