Before a camera, six people perform actions that they have chosen regarding their own sexuality. What could do them good in their current life phase? What strengthens, helps, excites, enriches? Observing vulvas, making impressions of them, an oil ritual, a discussion with parents about the lack of sex education, addressing a foot fetish, making love while pregnant, exchanging views on penises, allowing themselves to be tied up, exposing themselves to the world, and deconstructing shame...
A film project about sexual empowerment.

“A few years ago, I stopped making films due to a kind of inner burnout and turned instead to my current (professional) life, which involves events, workshops, and individual sessions focused on personal development, sexuality, emotions, and touch. (I still find a lot of fulfillment in this!) Then I decided to complete my film studies at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne and embarked on this (unexpectedly demanding!) documentary project. I believe that I have essentially connected my past and present professional worlds in this work, and I hope to inspire people through the film to take steps in their own lives that are enriching for their sexuality and desires.”
