58th Hof Film Festival
The 58th Hof International Film Festival will take place in Hof from 22 to 27 October 2024. In addition, a large number of the films will be available online after the festival premiere in cinemas via our HoF On-Demand platform in the "plus7streamdays", some of them for one week longer until November 3rd.

Prerequisite
- Films must have at least a German premiere at the festival.
- Films may not be screened in public in Germany until the end of the festival.
- Films will be screened both on-site in Hof (October 22-27, 2024) and on our VOD platform (from its premiere to November 3).
Format
- All lengths and genres will be accepted.
- Films up to 49 minutes will be categorized as short films.
- Films must be available in DCP format for the festival.
Deadlines & Limits
- The official submission period ends on August 15, 2024.
- A maximum of 10 entries per submitter will be considered.
- We do not charge submission fees.
