LETsDOK celebrates documentary films

On Saturday, 19 September 2020, cinemas throughout Germany will be showing documentary films on the big screen. At the same time, house walls, garages, meadows, cafés or roofs will be transformed into mobile alternative cinemas. With its selection of films, the German Documentary Association (AG DOK) takes us on a journey through four decades of documentary filmmaking in Germany. Some films that premiered in Hof will also be shown in German cinemas on Documentary Film Day:

AUF DER JAGD - WEM GEHÖRT DIE NATUR? | BUTENLAND | AN UNUSUAL SPY | DAS PERFEKTE SCHWARZ | WE ALMOST LOST BOCHUM

Documentary films are an important instrument in political discourse, they promote the cohesion of our society and are therefore today more important than ever: LETsDOK!
