Rendezvous with MARLENE

She’s back: MARLENE! On Sunday (!) 20 June 2021 at 8:00 pm it’s time for the HoF Rendezvous in the virtual Central Kino Hof, to which we invite our viewers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. And of course MARLENE will be there with leading actress Cordula Zielonka and director Andreas Resch:

New city, new apartment, new happiness: after a difficult breakup, Marlene moves to Berlin. And she’s off to a successful start: a fulfilling job, new boyfriend and the nice neighbor Flo from upstairs. But Marlene is too busy with herself and her new life to realize what Flo really wants!

Neighborliness can be so nice, or not?! MARLENE will be an evening at the movies with thrills. And strong nerves are required. These will (hopefully) be calmed down again in the discussion with the filmmakers following the film.

Since 2017, the Hof International Film Festival has been organizing the HoF Rendezvous under the motto “let’s do it again” at the Central Kino in Hof and at the Lodderbast in Hanover. These are screenings organized throughout the year as part of the Hof International Film Festival. The filmmakers also present their films in person. By doing this, we allow the festival to have further impact and increase the anticipation for the next festival edition. And at the same time, the filmmakers are promoted once again through our communication channels.

Since November 2020, the HoF Rendezvous takes place every weekend with the support of the Rotary Club Hof as well as Kino on Demand in the virtual Central Kino as an online screening live with audience chat.
