At 6.30 pm on 23rd March 2023, things will be getting freaky in Munich’s Arena Kino. Filmmakers Andrea Rüthlein and Matthias Lukoschek are presenting their documentary film SILVER HAIR STILL ROCKS (56th Hof International Film Festival).
In the 1970s, free thinkers, artists and dropouts from the commercialised world gathered on the idyllic beaches of Goa - a magical stretch of land where they hoped to spend every subsequent winter as “hippie freaks”. 50 years later, long-time friends and contemporary witnesses retrace a world of awakening in the original locations; a world of intense freedom, lust and spirituality.
SILVER HAIR STILL ROCKS is a film exploring and vividly evoking a love of life. It promises to be a great evening together with the audience and directors Rüthlein and Lukoschek. Let’s all head for Arena Kino in Munich!
