SCHLEIMKEIM – OTZE AND THE GDR FROM UNDER GROUND in cinemas and on tour

It's going to be really badass with the theatrical release and tour of SCHLEIMKEIM - OTZE AND THE GDR FROM UNDER GROUND by Jan Heck on Thursday, 14 March 2024. Directly after the world premiere screening at the 57th HoF International Film Festival 2023, the film has found its "home of distribution" at Arsenal. SCHLEIMKEIM is wildest GDR history, a punk documentary about the life and death of GDR punk Dieter "Otze" Ehrlich and his band Schleimkeim from the pigsty. With the fall of the Wall, Otze not only loses his images of enemies, but also his life at the price of freedom.
