LUISA receives further film awards in Braunschweig

During the 59th Hof International Film Festival 2025 LUISA directed by Julia Roesler celebrated its European premiere – a deeply moving moment crowned by the German New Cinema Talent Award.

And LUISA continues to touch audiences: At the 39th Braunschweig International Film Festival, the film once again found its way straight into the hearts of the audience. Julia Roesler was honored with the “Tilda” for Best Director, and LUISA also received the “Heimspiel” Award for Best Regionally Connected Film.  We are absolutely thrilled for Julia Roesler and the entire team – congratulations on these wonderful achievements!
