„Slippers Day“ in Hof

Imagine slipping into your most comfortable slippers and getting ready for an unforgettable event – Hof's National Holiday! On Monday, June 16, 2025, the 593rd (!) Schlappentag („Slippers Day“) will be celebrated, a day full of joy and community, when everyone truly has the day off.

The day begins with a lively parade through the town, followed by a cheerful festival at the shooting hut. Another highlight: the specially brewed Schlappenbier („Slippers Beer“), waiting to be tasted.

Already on Sunday, June 15, 2025, there will be Schlappenschießen („Slippers Shooting“) in the morning. The Citizens' Shooting in the afternoon invites everyone to participate and cheer along.
