Thomas, a young adult, lives an isolated life with his mother in a sports camp. His only encounter with the outside world is through sports. His life is characterized by emotionless discipline and skewed social rules established by his mother. The ambition to make her son an athlete leads her to the narcissistic trainer Frank. His alternative training methods, which include psychological power games, shake up the importance of routines and the authority of mother’s control regiment begins to fade.
