From 6 May 2021, the opening film of the last Hof International Film Festival, Julia von Heinz’s AND TOMORROW THE ENTIRE WORLD, will be launched on Netflix in more than 180 countries, true to its title: Law student Luisa wants things to change in Germany. Alarmed by the shift to the right in the country and the increasing popularity of populist parties, she joins forces with her friends to take a clear stand against the new right.

Inspired by her own experiences, Julia von Heinz wrote the screenplay together with John Quester. In the leading role, Mala Emde ("303") fascinates as a combative young woman who is faced with radical decisions in the storm and stress of emotions. At her side, Noah Saavedra ("Freud"), Tonio Schneider and Luisa-Céline Gaffron ("When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit") prove to be no less exciting discoveries.
