HoF Filmtage Rendezvous at KoKi Hannover with THE UNSPOKEN

On Tuesday, February 24, at 7:30 PM, the HoF Filmtage Rendezvous series presents a very special screening at KoKi Hannover. Screened will be the award-winning documentary THE UNSPOKEN (distributed by imFilm Agentur+Verleih), recipient of the GRANIT – Hof Documentary Film Award directed by Patricia Hector and Lothar Herzog.

Following the screening, co-director Patricia Herzog will join the audience for an in-depth conversation. The discussion will be moderated by Thorsten Schaumann, Artistic Director of the International Hofer Filmtage.

The film explores why, in Germany, so many people remained silent after 1945, and reflects on memory, repression, and family history. A time journey whose relevance feels unmistakably current.
