Pim Vogels
Pim Vogels is a 30-year-old screenwriter and director from Eindhoven. After graduating from the Academy of Creative Industries in 2019, I focused on building a career as a screenwriter. Through various talent programs, including a fiction development trajectory with dramaturg Ibo Karatay and the Netflix x Playgrounds Writers Room, I refined my storytelling skills and developed a strong creative voice. Over time, I expanded into directing, driven by my interest in absurd and surreal cinema. This ambition took shape while working as an assistant director on Psychonaut. I made my directorial debut with Hou je Haaks (2024), followed by my second short film Fatum (2025), both reflecting my passion for unconventional storytelling.
