We'll Find Happiness

Saad is a young Moroccan immigrant who will do anything to save the man he loves – Reza, an Iranian refugee who faces deportation and possibly death. In a desperate attempt to save Reza, Saad tries to seduce a Canadian immigration officer and sets off a dangerous chain of events that are as intimate as they are political.

Born in Genève in 1950, Léa Pool is a renowned Canadian director and screenwriter, who studied cinema at the University of Québec in Montréal. Her films have won awards at the Berlinale, Génie Awards and Iris Awards.
