Once again, this year filmmakers had the chance to submit projects for the "7 Minutes Pitch". Five candidates were selected from all applications, one of them is Florian Schmitz, here he reads a scene from his screenplay RAUMTEILER. The project is currently in development.
Florian studies at the Kunsthochschule für Medien in Cologne and has already presented his first feature film ARME RITTER at the Filmtage in 2018. This year, he is also presenting his short film FEINT in HoF.
On Thursday, the chosen ones had the opportunity to present their project to five mentors from the film industry. They included industry experts from Warner Bros., Disney, Bayerischer Rundfunk, Beta Cinema and DCM. This year, the event had to take place via video chat. All information here in the announcement.
