Films are an inspiration and a source of conversation. At the same time, they can be a wonderful break from everyday life.
Among the many great films opening in theaters this week is Connie Walther's DIE RÜDEN, heatedly discussed at the 53rd Hof International Film Festival. In a prison arena of dark and scarred concrete, four young violent offenders encounter three menacing dogs with imposing metal muzzles. A situation controlled by testosterone, which the dog trainer Lu confronts. This film leaves no spectator cold. Available until 28 December 2021 in the ARD media library.
