QUEER EXILE BERLIN in cinemas and on tour

From Thursday, 18 April 2024, the documentary QUEER EXILE BERLIN (57th Hof International Film Festival / HOF IFF) with filmmaker Jochen Hick will be in cinemas and on tour.

Queer people from all over the world have made Berlin what it is today. Many leave their homes because they want to, others because they have to. This film accompanies some of them. The current political struggles and discussions in QUEER EXILE BERLIN can be applied to hetero and queer communities all over the world.

The film is "...a diverse, stimulating and always touching contemporary portrait of a city..." (epd Film), which no one can escape. On Saturday, 20 April 2024, Jochen Hick will be at 6.15 pm at the Arena Kino Munich / Germany and will have an audience discussion together with HOF IFF Artistic Director Thorsten Schaumann.
