RAW MATERIALS starts in German cinemas

On Thursday, 26 September 2024, Tuna Kaptan's RAW MATERIALS, winner of the German Cinema New Talent Award at the 57th Hof International Film Festival, was released in German cinemas and is now on tour.

Ambitious construction manager Lutz has hired illegal construction workers for his luxury building project in order to save costs. But a tragic accident occurs. Then 14-year-old Isra, who is looking for her father, suddenly shows up at an investor meeting. A connection develops between Lutz and Isra, characterized by closeness, distance, guilt and responsibility.
