Machines of Loving Grace
A young programmer develops artificial intelligence software she can talk to. They become friends, and the A.I. learns to sing, dream, and help her. One day, the A.I. develops its own political consciousness and wants to help people defend themselves against state violence. A new kind of technology is born: a machine of loving grace.
