Corona

Which Corona protection concept applies to the festival?

All events are held as a "3G PLUS event". Only people who are vaccinated, recovered or tested (negative PCR test, not older than 48 hours) have access. In addition, pupils over the age of 18 who are subject to regular tests as part of their school attendance are granted access, as evidenced by a valid student ID.

How can I quickly prove the 3G PLUS criteria?

Please bring appropriate proof and ID or passport for your visit to the festival. It makes the most sense to use the CovPass or Corona-Warn apps in conjunction with a photo ID.

In order to avoid congestion due to access controls including identity verification, non-transferable admission tapes are assigned after verification of the 3G PLUS prerequisite or identity verification. Please come to our staff at the container in the Altstadt before visiting the cinema, prove the 3G PLUS criteria and receive a non-transferable admission tape.

Are corona tests offered on site?

Please understand that we cannot carry out any tests.

Do I have to wear a mouth-nose protection?

Visitors to the 55th Hof International Film Festival are advised to wear at least one medical or FFP 2 mask at all events.

Do I have to keep a certain minimum distance?

Even after checking the 3G PLUS requirements, all visitors are recommended to maintain the minimum distance of 1.5m to other visitors or groups. The ticket system for cinema screenings is programmed in such a way that a seat to other visitor groups is automatically blocked.

Can contacts be tracked?

To ensure contact tracing, all visitors and groups are recorded via the ticket booking system and verified via identity verification.
