Tickets for all screenings are available conveniently through our ticket shop. Simply select the desired screening, complete the purchase process, and receive your ticket directly by email. Alternatively, you can also buy tickets at the Bürgergesellschaft during the festival.

Tickets that have already been purchased are non-refundable. Please check the date, time, and location of the screening carefully before making your purchase.

With our festival passes, you can attend multiple screenings at a discounted price. After purchasing in our ticket shop, the festival pass is stored in your customer account. To use it, log in before selecting screenings; during the purchase process, the ticket shop will automatically recognize your pass, and one visit will be deducted per screening. Your tickets will be sent to you directly by email.

Voucher codes can be entered easily in the final step of the online purchase. First, select a regular single ticket, then the discount will be applied automatically. Please make sure your code is still valid and entered correctly.

Accredited participants log in with their personal account (hofer-filmtage.filmchief.com) in the ticket shop. The shop automatically recognizes your accreditation status, allowing you to reserve tickets and manage your reservations.Please note: Tickets are not sent by email. Your reservations are stored on the QR code of your festival badge. In the cinema, seating is free choice.

Log in with your hofer-filmtage.filmchief.com account. In the streaming portal, click Login and select “Login with Filmchief”. After successful login, you can stream all films available to accredited participants.Please note: Not all films are available, and streaming is only possible within Germany.
