The film received a “Special Mention” for the German Cinema New Talent Award at HoF IFF and won “Best Direction” at the Hof Critics Award.
Basilio lives in an abandoned villa in Sicily with his mysterious mentor Kasimir, who is helping him discover true poetry. One day, Basilio meets the equally peculiar Karla, whose life seems to be mysteriously intertwined with his own.
