HoF Filmtage Rendezvous at the KoKi Hanover with FRANK MEYER

At the monthly HoF Filmtage Rendezvous at the Koki Hanover with Wiebke and Johannes Thomsen and their team, the GRANIT Hof Documentary Award winning film FRANK MEYER (57th Hof International Film Festival) will be screened on Thursday, 18 January 2024 at 8 pm. The filmmakers Leonhard Hofmann and Riccardo Dejan Jurkovic will be present.

The film follows Frank Meyer, a retired bodybuilder, for more than ten years. He comes to terms with his violent childhood and questions his masculinity. Despite a stroke, heart attack and kidney failure, Frank Meyer trains excessively and hopes to come back at some point.
