Günter Schwaiger's documentary WHO IS AFRAID OF HITLER’S TOWN has been released in Spain (distributed by DimDim).
In 2023, the director's highly personal film was the subject of heated discussion at the 57th Hof International Film Festival. Günter Schwaiger also received the prestigious "Hans-Vogt-Award of the city of Rehau" for his work during the film festival. At the Diagonale in Graz 2024, producer Julia Mitterlehner and Schwaiger were awarded the important "Franz Grabner Prize" for "Best Cinema Documentary".
